Automatic Renewal:

Onesolution subscription plans, including monthly, 3-month, and 12-month plans, are set to automatically renew at the end of the subscription period.

Renewal Process:

For Monthly Plans: Your subscription will automatically renew every month, unless you cancel it before the renewal date. For 3-Month Plans: Your subscription will automatically renew every 3 months, unless you cancel it before the renewal date. For 12-Month Plans: Your subscription will automatically renew every 12 months, unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

Renewal Notification:

Users will receive a renewal notification via email prior to the renewal date. The email will include information about the upcoming renewal, associated charges, and instructions on how to cancel the subscription if desired.

Cancelation of Renewal:

Users can cancel the automatic renewal of their subscription at any time before the renewal date. The cancellation can be done through the Onesolution user account settings.

Billing Information Update:

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that their billing information is up-to-date to avoid any issues with the automatic renewal process.

Subscription Changes:

Users can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan before the renewal date. Changes made after the renewal date will take effect in the next subscription period.

Refund for Renewals:

Refunds for renewal charges are not provided. Refund eligibility is based on the refund policy associated with the initial subscription purchase.
